An afternoon spent touring our vineyards and sampling some of our award
winning and internationally acclaimed wines. This is a great way to see some
of New Zealand's majestic scenery whilst enjoying our local wines and food.
An afternoon of retail
therapy - shopping and exploring in historic Arrowtown which is just
20 minutes drive from Queenstown. Arrowtown was founded during the gold rush
in the 1860's and has been faithfully restored to its former glory. 60
buildings are listed with the Historic Places Trust. There are now stunning
shops and many award winning restaurants for people to enjoy.
There is still gold to be found in the Arrow
River so why not try your hand at gold panning or take a leisurely stroll
through the Chinese Gold Mining settlement.
Visit one of
Queenstown's iconic tourist attractions. The Skylines Gondola has some of
Queenstown's most spectacular views. After enjoying the ride to the top the
majestic views can be enjoyed at your own pace. The Luge will be enjoyed by
any one who partakes. You can burn it up on the fast track or cruise
sedately down the scenic track. Take on the thrills of banked corners,
tunnels, bends and dips at your your own choice of speed
There are many "Lord
of the Rings" Tours available. Whether you chose to travel by air or
land to enjoy the mystical and surreal landscapes and breathtaking mountain
scenery that have enthralled fans from around the world.
The historic steam train
"The Kingston Flyer" is another popular tourist attraction and can cater for
large numbers of delegates or partners.

Cruise across beautiful Lake Wakatipu on the vintage steamship TSS
Earnslaw, known as the lady of the lake which is over 90 years old and still
powered by steam. Disembark at Walter Peak High Country Farm for a farm
tour, horse trek, heritage tour, BBQ lunch or evening dining.
Golf can be a relaxed
round at any of our popular local courses or perhaps at Millbrook's
spectacular 18 hole par 72 champion golf course designed by New Zealander
Sir Bob Charles.
A lesson can be arranged at any venue if desired.
Perhaps you need some
quiet time just for you? Feeling tired and stressed out or maybe you are in
need of a day of pampering. Why not leave your hectic week behind and lose
your self in a world of indulgence and beauty. We have many spas, treatments
and therapies to choose from. From facials and massages through to a full
range of wellness therapy. The choice is yours whether it be in one of our
Health Spas or a massage in the privacy of your own room. You decide and we will provide.
Fishing mad? This
wilderness has an abundance of wild life, with scenery to boot. For those
hooked on fishing we recommend taking one of our local guides for their
knowledge of the lakes and the best spots to drop a line. Come and fish in
the blue waters of Lake Wakatipu for Salmon, Rainbow and Brown Trout.
Some time can be spent
viewing a Kiwi and enjoying a birdlife tour. We have a sanctuary offering
something for everyone, nature, traditional culture, native birds, tuatara
and real conservation in action. Enjoy specially recorded commentary on your
own personal audio device starting and stopping at your own pace as you roam
the park. Spend as much time as desired and learn more about our native New
Zealand.
