Craig Simpson:
Craig has spent over 12 years within
the hospitality industry and has certainly seen it all. Craig relocated to
Queenstown three years ago, during which time he identified the need
for a professionally run Event Company, encompassing not only the event
itself, but extending to every aspect of the delegates visit including the
very important part of team building and of course comfortable accommodation.
With his vast experience in hotels, conferences and incentives, food and
beverage management, Craig brings to Volution event
organisers a vast level of operational
experience at corporate level. Craig most recently sold a majority shareholding in Queenstown’s
most internationally acclaimed and exclusive restaurant “The Bunker”
allowing him to fully commit to the success of Volution.
Craig’s exceptional organisational skills and his ability to exceed under
pressure ensure that the utmost attention to detail is achieved. His out of
the box thinking, local knowledge and experience, along with his fresh
perspective and proven communication skills will ensure that Volution will
provide you with an outstanding and memorable event.

Karen Reeves:
For the last 18 years Karen has been involved in the world
of Casino’s. She has worked at a senior Management level, more recently for
a major corporate business. Working with people has always been a natural
strength and passion, which has assisted her greatly throughout her career.
Karen came to Queenstown with her family three years ago to work in the most
vibrant tourist destination in New Zealand and perhaps the world. One of her
primary roles when she arrived in Queenstown was to develop the regional and
international VIP gaming programmes for the Casino, working with colleagues
throughout Asia and Australia. She ensured that every
aspect of her clients visit was meticulously managed from airport pick up,
to helicopter flights, fishing competitions or even organising baby sitting
for those who came with a young family. As these clients were their premium
source of revenue it was vital the experience they encountered was seamless,
professional and above all else…… fun.
Karen’s ability to excel in Event Management and organisation provided a
platform for her launch into Volution. Karen’s guarantee that every
